Melissa Franco is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of extensive knowledge in numerous aspects of the insurance industry. In her spare time she enjoys traveling to new places, hiking and spending time with friends and family. Melissa and her husband Rudy have 3 children and just welcomed their first grandchild in August 2022.
Dale Kopec
Sales Manager
Dale Kopec has more than 25 years of combined sales, management, and insurance industry experience. Dale and his wife Kelly have two sons currently attending the University of Colorado-Boulder. In his free time, Dale enjoys fly fishing and spending time with his family and friends.
Catherine Garvin

Catherine is a seasoned professional with 20-plus years of experience in both personal and commercial insurance. She is originally from England but considers Colorado home. In her free time, she likes to travel, hike and spend time with her son Alex, family, and friends.
Gisselle Gonzalez

Gisselle Gonzalez, a Denver native and experienced insurance agent, brings two years of expertise. With a Psychology degree from the University of Colorado Denver, she understands client needs. Outside of work, Gisselle enjoys gardening and has a six-year-old cat named Oreo. Fluent in English and Spanish, Gisselle effortlessly connects with diverse clients. Her vibrant approach and favorite color, orange, reflect her energetic style. Gisselle is committed to building lasting relationships and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
Omar Perez
Licensed Insurance Producer
Omar Perez brings over 12 years of experience in the Insurance industry as well as half a decade in the automotive finance and dealership sales sector. Originally from sunny Miami Florida, he moved here in 2016 for a change of scenery and now as a husband and father of two girls, he calls Colorado home. In his free time, he enjoys snowboarding at Keystone, video gaming, playing Dungeons & Dragons with his friends, or singing Karaoke. Omar is bilingual in English and Spanish and is currently attending CTU majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Digital Marketing. Utilizing effective time management and work-life balance strategies allows him to dedicate himself to his passions while still giving every client the 5-star treatment they deserve.
Vianca Munoz
Licensed Insurance Producer
Meet Vianca Munoz, she was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. She brings 6 years of insurance experience to the company and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Vianca graduated in 2023 with her certification in Translation and Interpretation. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, hiking, bike riding, and spending long hours at the gym. She also has a 5-year-old pitbull named Cinnamon whom she spends most of her time.
